What does it cost?
If, after the house – search we have found the right property for you then your search over. The costs of finding your home, guiding you with the negotiations and the contractual agreements aswell with inspecting the property and the inventory list during the check in are equal to one month’s rent excluding VAT. After you have moved in we’ll help if you still have questions regarding the housee and issues that need to be solved by the homeowner.
In the case you have chosen a house directly from our own file you only have to pay contract costs of €350,- plus VAT.
